I had a wierd issue moving a tenant over to FusionPBX today where the phones would register fine and could make outgoing calls over TCP SIP 5060 but incoming wouldn't work. I switched all phones in this network over to UDP SIP 5060 and they work 100%. Any ideas as to why this would happen? I have other tenants in different networks that work fine over TCP.
FusionPBX is hosted on azure behind NAT and the clients are behind a NAT as well in a different network.
I want to get a wireshark but in the middle of a large company not having phones and staring at us it's all I can do to get them working again.
Just wondering if anyone had any ideas. When things settle down I will move one phone in their network back to TCP and get a cap.
