Incoming calls disconnects as i try to connects. when answering call get disconnected soon after

Hi, when we answer the incoming call. it gets disconnected. Please suggest the reason.

VOIP(TSP) line is configured in the trunk in registration mode. When PSTN user called on there VOIP number calls disconnected as i answer from the extension.

In incoming routes, destination is an extension number, this extension is registered to my phone(IOS) on GS wave app.
