SOLVED Incoming calls get a Subscriber busy message

Newbie alert. Just installed FusionPbx on Ubuntu 20.04 - installation was smooth.

Configured extensions - calls between extensions are working.

When an inbound call arrives, the caller gets a busy message.

The access control has only one entry , Its Default is Deny, then under type I have allow - CIDR YY.0.0.0/8 - domain is left empty.

I saw a similar post here https://www.pbxforums.com/threads/inbound-calls-dropping-instantly.608/

but that solution didn't work out for me - could you all be gentle enough to correct my configuration.

First for any newbie - do sofia global siptrace on

The calls were getting rejected as ACL list was incorrect

Go to Access controls -> domains -> allow x.x.x.x/y - leave domain field blank and save

The next issue for me was that the inbound calls didn't come with a destination number, so I had to route it based on incoming ip
