Hello everyone,

I would like your feedback, especially from those who pay for FusionPBX services.
I opened a ticket on their system, and the initial response was prompt. I replied, but since then, I haven't received any further communication.
I am willing to pay for a membership, but if there's no response or very delayed responses, I don't see the point.

Normally you open a ticket and then call the support number, as indicated on the new ticket page. I have paid for the service and have nothing but good things to say about the support Mark and his team give.

I always call in to follow up.
