Internal caller ID and external caller ID

Hello;
I there a way to add an internal caller Id, in fspbx, ,
Example. internal ID 123-456-7890 for individual extension and external call ID 222-333-4444 for all extension

In the caller ID tab, you can set the external caller ID for each extension.
Internal caller ID always matches the extension number.
