Hello together,

may someone could help me here a bit.

I installed FusionPBX on a Debian 9 Server. I configered most of the things like dialplan, acl, etc.

however - i restarted my server and after that the internal profile is gone? Via the Web-GUI I still see the "internal" profile under profiles but under status it is gone - same for fs_cli. the external one is still on the status list.

any ideas how to debug it?

@DoktorBen it would better if you posted the solution to your own question so when this thread comes up in a site search or a major search engine there is an answer, instead of "please ignore".

Hi,
The problem was that a college did a change in the internal profile. Entered the Hostname but this was an invalid entry. I deleted the entry and then in comes up again.
