My sip is working fine. But when there is no call, it seems to die out. Like this

And when there is a call coming or dialed out, its like this.

Now I've spoken to my provider, he says if this happens again and again, the firewall will block due to suspicious activity. He stayed online quite a bit, then scratched his head.
I am on IP authentication, here is my config.
Any bright ideas would be welcome.
