We have had a fusion box running for just over a year now and for the most part everthing works well and are about to add a couple of hundred extensions to it. Our trial site reported an issue with an 0121 number, it seems to be only this one number, where when the other end picks up the call is terminated, a BYE packet comes right after the ACK.
My employer uses their own Fusion box with same SIP provider and can dial this number fine, although theirs is a later release and a CENTOS based host.
I've been trying to get my head around it all day, but i am no SIP expert.
I've attached some sngrep output from the call.
If anybody can help decipher what is going on it would be much appreciated, my dialplans and NAT settings match those of our head office and most calls work perfectly fine including some other 0121 numbers.
