I’m experiencing an issue with a newly created domain on our FusionPBX (version 5.4.4). Here’s the situation:
I suspect the issue may be related to dialplan, outbound routes, or SIP registration for this domain, but I haven’t been able to pinpoint it. Could you advise on what settings I should check or provide guidance to resolve this?

- I can successfully make outbound calls:
- Directly from the SIP trunk.
- From an extension registered on MicroSIP softphone.
- However, when I register the same extension on a physical handset, I cannot make outbound calls.
- Other domains/extensions on the same FusionPBX instance work perfectly with both the softphone and the physical phones. This problem only occurs with this specific domain/extension.
