Issue with outbound calls from a specific domain extension

I’m experiencing an issue with a newly created domain on our FusionPBX (version 5.4.4). Here’s the situation:


  1. I can successfully make outbound calls:
    • Directly from the SIP trunk.
    • From an extension registered on MicroSIP softphone.
  2. However, when I register the same extension on a physical handset, I cannot make outbound calls.
  3. Other domains/extensions on the same FusionPBX instance work perfectly with both the softphone and the physical phones. This problem only occurs with this specific domain/extension.

I suspect the issue may be related to dialplan, outbound routes, or SIP registration for this domain, but I haven’t been able to pinpoint it. Could you advise on what settings I should check or provide guidance to resolve this?

If you paste your FreeSwitch log here, we can help you. Without seeing any logs it could be anything like you said.
