Hi everyone,
I could use a bit of help. I’ve set up an email address where I want to receive the results from my IVR. The IVR is a 3-question call rating system that callers are forwarded to after a call. The issue I’m facing is that the results from the IVR aren’t being sent to my email.
Interestingly, voicemail notifications do come through to the same email, so I know the email setup itself is working — it just doesn’t seem to work for the IVR responses.
Any ideas on what might be missing or misconfigured
