Jitter Buffer

Hi Guys i have an install and i am getting jitter and break up on the outbound leg form the users site, inbound voice is ok. I suspect there is a network or broadband issue on the users site however to try and help with the issue how would i enable the jitter buffer on the dialplan and where would i put the fields ?

I'm not sure jitterbuffer will help at all.
