So I've hit a wall here, we have one client out of a multi tenant domain unable to transfer calls within the last 24 hours.

Caller a picks up call - goes to transfer to caller b presses hold or transfer when they hit transfer the call disconnects.

Testing this in our office on their domain and it works fine from a cisco SPA 3030, If I try to transfer from the Microsip client I get the same behaviour the client gets. The client uses Yealink T23G's. Tried following the call through active calls and noticed it gets a limit exceeded despite no limit being set on the sip channels

Basics checked, recreated the gateway and call routes just can't seem to see why this "limit" is being applied, and why to certain handsets.
