Limit User Access - Fax Servers?

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know of a way to limit a user's access to specific fax servers within a single domain?
For example, User A has access to only Fax Server A, User B to Fax Server B, and so on.

It is not natively intuitive, but yes, you can. Edit the fax server and select the user(s) in the User List "Assign the users that can manage this fax extension.". Also make sure the users' group does NOT have the fax_extension_view_domain permission.

This totally works! As long as user A is granted permissions to a specific Fax Server, they're able to view it, even with 'fax_extension_view_domain' disabled.

Great! fax_extension_view_domain should be disabled in the fax users group for the functionality you are looking for.
