Linphone Android seems to place the current active call on hold when a new call comes in over cellular. I saw this relevant issue but can't find any built in telephony manager that would control this.
Ideally this would act like Zoiper's DND integration, where an active call in the app causes your phone to be put into Do Not Disturb mode until the call ends.
