Hi
We use billing credentials that are set up in domain variables, to send to our billing server. We do this by taking our "sample domain", copy the domain variables and then change the context and domain it belongs to (and then of course add the correct details). The newly created domain will not be there though to assign it to. Refreshing doesn't help, logging out and in, does. Not sure if that should be reported here as a bug, or whether there is a better way to do so. It's not a big thing and we just log out and in currently
