Migrating a single domain?

Hello.
I have an older fusion 4.4 instance with a few domains on it. I'm thinking of migrating, and in preparation for that have set up a new server running debian 10 and fusion master. I'm wondering if there is any way to migrate one domain at a time. instead of having to move the whole server?
If querying the db, is there a way to pull data for that one domain only? Provisioning templates aren't an issue as i don't want the ones on 4.4. The grandstream gxp2160 template for 4.4 doesn't even work.
I can move recordings manually, and voicemail files as well if they're stored on the file system and not in the db.
I'll do provider and profile configs manually.

Any thoughts?

I Thought the answer might be something like that. I know just enough sql to be tempted to try it but i'm not sure if it's wise. I can recreate things as needed.
