Experts,

I am using the fusionpbx mod_callcenter. I have a requirement where when the Agent after completing the call clicks on a transfer button, I would like the A leg (Caller) to be routed to an IVR -> say a post Call survey type. When I use the UUID_Transfer both the legs are getting disconnected even before the dial plan is executed for the Post call Survey.
Is there any way I can accomplish this by releasing the B leg and routing A leg to IVR.
Note: When I make a normal leg A to leg B call (Without the call Center Queue involved) the logic works perfectly fine. I am able to route the leg A to IVR and they are able to hear the voice prompt etc.

Yes we did this by adding a transfer to the survey in the XML action after the bridge to the call center mod.
