mod_callcenter odbc configuration

I'm unable to find it, but apparently in 1.8 there is fixed up multi server support.

I'm trying to add odbc-dsn, cc-instance-id, and reserver-agents.. but nothing I change seems to pick it up, and it really wants to use sqlite3.

changed some lua scripts, and so on.. lost, cant find it.. ideas?
