once entering conference room, after putting password system asking to record the name, in this part log showing:

mod_local_stream.c:882 Unknown source default

i have google it and some people are talking about some MOH unmatched files or suggest to install again the sound files, so i double check the MOH files
and reinstall the sound files but its not solved the problem.

can someone tell me whats going on here?..

What's the conference profile look like? I'm guessing it's the default one. I've seen this occasionally when MOH is changed, but the rate isn't the same as the MOH

Conference profile it's the default one.
For the MOH changed, normally if the sample rate are incorrect fs log alert me, but in this case no alerts.

What you suggest?

Not entirely sure, out of the box I don't get the same issue. Might be a question for the Signalwire FreeSwitch forums.
