Multi-cluster for multi-domain

I would like to organize multi-cluster telephony in my company through FusionPBX. I designed my thoughts in the form of a diagram. Please tell me instructions, tutorials or links in which this issue is considered !? And is it even possible?

Maybe you should take a look at OpenSIPS as a clustered LoadBalancer at top with the needed FusionPBX-Instances in the backend side.
