Hello Gentlemen,
I'll be short and sweet about this. I have a fusion VPS in the cloud. I have this customer that receives service from me at their home. Their phone is NAT'ing in their home internet and have problems receiving calls. If i reset the switch, it will complete successfully. However, after a long while, the phone will not receive calls, or/and takes a long while for the call to connect. Can someone assist me with customers that are in residential internet that are natting.

A few things to try:
If possible check their home firewall does not have some form of SIP ALG enabled. If so, turn off.
Have endpoint connect to an alternate SIP port on server (requires profile change or addition)
Change registration times to shorter value. 1 or 2 minutes.
Turn on "keep-alive" on endpoint if possible.
Enable "rport" on endpoint.
Use TLS

Home networks can be a nightmare to deal with, but once I setup the server for TLS and configured phones to connect via TLS 99% of the problems went away. The last 1% is bad internet connection and/or the user.
