Need to override Caller ID but only on anonymous calls forwarded to external numbers

I'm relatively new to FusionPBX.

Our SIP trunk provider will not accept calls without a valid Caller ID. Several of our employees are working remotely and have their extensions forwarded to an external number.

However, if the incoming Caller ID is anonymous "Unavailable", the calls get dropped instead of being forwarded.

The staff using the forwarded extensions would like to see the Caller ID of the incoming call when available, so I'd like to create a condition that overrides the Caller ID with our main number, BUT ONLY ON ANONYMOUS CALLS with no Caller ID data.

Is this possible? If so, where would I do it? I've gone through the FusionPBX docs but the details of how to write conditions and where to use them are a bit thin.
