New install - CDRs are blank

Hi

I have inbound and outbound set up and working fine. Inbound I send to port 5080 from our SBC.

The CDRs are blank though. XML CDR module is running. Any ideas?

I have in the meantime run this:

/usr/bin/php /var/www/fspbx/public/app/xml_cdr/xml_cdr_import.php

that brings some of the calls in, but not all. And any new ones don't appear until I run that again (but again not all do once I do run it). I presume there is some cron that should be running to post the cdrs but I'm not sure... and of course that doesn't explain why not all of them are there once I run it manually.

A reboot made all the calls appear now and new calls come up as well. Resolved then - no idea what the cause was

I was going to suggest the restart. The service sometimes doesn't start after initial installation. The service is rock solid going forward and can restart itself if anything happens. You should not have any issues with CDRs ever.
