New user - Fax issues

Hi guys,

I have a problem with faxing.
When I try to send a fax, it shows an error "Destination out of order"
The log shows:
[DEBUG] switch_ivr_originate.c:2212 Parsing global variables
[ERR] switch_ivr_originate.c:2217 Parse Error!
[DEBUG] switch_ivr_originate.c:3952 Originate Resulted in Error Cause: 27 [DESTINATION_OUT_OF_ORDER]

I have a few other users on this system and they can send faxes with no issues...
The configuration is the same for everybody.

Any ideas what it could be?

Have you had a look on network level with tcpdump / sngrep? Could you post the corresponding trace?

How does the config of the fax extension that causes the issues look like? Are there any whitespaces add to the target extension or other special chars? I saw something simliar once the outbould caller id number was configured with whitespaces.
