No caller 'announce' / 'whisper' feature in FusionPBX?

Hi guys,

I've thought this for a while - and wondered why it's a little strange that there's no apparent caller announce/whisper feature in FusionPBX. I know FreePBX has one - as do most other VOIP solutions - where a word or phrase is muttered to the person picking up the call to decipher who's calling, which queue the caller is coming from etc. Its main use is for when calls are being forward to a mobile or landline without any Name ID - and just passes through the original callers' caller ID.

Am I missing it somewhere?

you can use a caller id prefix to prepend the queue name or company name in the caller id name

its in destination, ivr, etc, etc

Hi all does anyone please know if we this call whisper feature in fusion?

I tried the pre fix either and it did not work
