No Outbound Calls possible. RECORD_ERR for SRV

Good day everyone.

I have a (hopefully) little problem with my FusionPBX. I'm not able to place outbound calls. Inbound are working fine, no problems there.

I looked around in the logs an stuff and found this part:


sres.c:2988 sres_query_report_error() sres(q=0x7fef1c09fa30): reporting error RECORD_ERR for SRV _sip._udp.sip.solucon.com.
nua_stack.c:271 nua_stack_event() nua(0x7fef20190bf0): event r_invite 503 DNS Error

nua_dialog.c:397 nua_dialog_usage_remove_at() nua(0x7fef20190bf0): removing session usage


wich seems to explain why its not working. My problem is: I have no idee why that error is there.
I assume FusionPBX dos have trouble with SRV Records?

If i use the gateway credentials with a softphone on my computer, there is no problems, calls get in and out.


Dos someone has an idee, how I can get rid of this error?

Try using IP (92.197.180.224) instead of the Domain in the gateway, it should work.
Or in the domain use sip.solucon.com

Using one of the possible IPs leads to

Failed Registration with status Forbidden [403]

and nothing is working anymore.
