Non-missed call showing as 'missed'

I am trying to get my head wrapped around reporting and being capable of giving users access to CDR, etc. One of the things we think we might do is hook up a tabular reporting tool to provide automated email summaries/tabulation/etc of various CDR aspects (missed calls, total calls, answered by extension, wait times, etc). That's much larger, different topic, but in just trying to figure out what gets written to CDR in various situations, I found this:

When looking for a missed call, this row appears (this is a single hour segment of a day):

The call is marked as 'missed' though:

Any thoughts on why this might be the case? I will say that the polling seems to have taken RIGHT UP to the timeout of 30 seconds in the ring group...
