one way audio outbound

my fusionpbx system has audio problems, when i make a call using MicroSIP sometimes it's 2 directions then some time i do it again the audio is only one way, my voice is heard by the recipient of my call but his voice is not, i have checked the fusionpbx system, i checked on the freeswitch backend, I see the logs while doing a test call but the logs look the same when the call has either 2 way or 1 way audio,,please help, i was stuck in this problem for 1 month
