Ongoing FusionPbx work

Hello,

We are running FusionPbx in a call center and are looking for someone to do some ongoing work for us. We typically have small custom projects every few weeks that we need help with. We have an IT/Voip company we rely on for support that you may or may not collaborate with at times for certain projects. As an example, our immediate need is the following:

1.) Our previous FusionPbx developer created something that records and saves only one side of a call (meaning we record our operator but not the person they are speaking with on the other end of the phone.) However, when our operator puts that call on hold, the call recording stops. We would like to the call recording to continue until the entire call is finished.

2.) A majority of our calls are warm transfers to an offsite phone number. Meaning, A.) A caller calls one of our DID's. B.) Our receptionist answers the phone. C.) We put the caller on hold and pull up a second line and call our client on their cell phone. D.) We announce the call to our client while the caller is still on hold. 4.) We hit connect and the two calls are connected and we are dropped from both. ---> what we would like to do is have some sort of beep play on the client's phone indicated the first caller has been connected to them successfully. We do not want the first caller to hear the beep.

These are just the first two pending projects that we would like to start the relationship with. Please let me know what your qualifications are, what other programming languages are you proficient in, what type of turn-around time you would estimate for these two projects, what you charge by the hour, how many hours you would estimate these two projects at, where you are located, what your working hours are, and anything else you would like me to know.
