operator panel issues

Just started looking at the operator panel.

What I am seeing is everyone is logged out. when a queue call comes in then the panel shows that agent GREEN. WHen the call ends it goes back to LOGGED OUT. The STATUS-->ACTIVE CALL CENTERS--><Call center> status actually shows the agent logged in.

Is this the correct operation? I would have expected to see agents green logged in all the time.

Double check that under the individual Agent settings that "Max No Answer" is not set to 1.
This setting will auto-logout an agent if they do not answer a call.
