Outbound Caller ID not showing...

Good day all.

I was able to get my MT Fusion set up and working 100%. Love FP!! I have one huge challenge though, and have searhed for answers on this forum without success.

I have a few clients on my MT. All of them have their existing business numbers porting to the new sip trunk numbers I provided. I have followed the instructions on all training, and the ones found here, but cannot get their business number to display on all outgoing calls. This is obviously bad for business.

Can someone please advise?
  • I have left the Dialplan settings on effective_caller_id_number=${outbound_caller_id_number}
  • I have set the Gateway / advanced / Caller ID In From = TRUE
  • I have set the Extension Effective Caller ID Number and Outbound Caller ID Number to 012 345 6789
The business number never diaplays on outbound calls, only when dialing from extension to extension. Refresh, reload xml, reboot server, no go..... Any ideas where else I should look please
