Outbound Caller ID Number - Drop Down Menu

I've created a new user, and when that user goes into an Extension, the Outbound Caller ID number and Name is a drop down menu with nothing in it. Does anyone know what Group Manager setting needs to be added to remove the drop down menu option from their view and allow them to manually input a NAME/ Number in those settings?

Thanks for the response! Looks like deselecting 'outbound_caller_id_select' from the Extension permissions fixed this.
