Outbound calls - call recording quality

Hello team

I have a very strange problem.
I have the platform in the google cloud, working very well, but the audios of the recordings of outgoing calls are in very poor quality.

Example:
Origin: 900
Destination: 801
When I say Hello it is from extension 900, when I say hi it is the destination extension. See the difference in quality.

Incoming calls do not suffer from any problem.
Has anyone ever experienced this? Is there any way out ?!
