Outgoing Calls - SIP Trunk is full (2 Gateway Provider)

I have multiple outbound gateways (one which is an unlimited gateway and one which is a metered gateway). Currently I have it so the unlimited gateway is used first then if that gateway has no more space it uses the next gateway (which is metered). Currently it plays a message saying the SIP Trunk is full, then it switches to the metered one, but I want it to switch automatically without playing that message.
Appreciate if someone help me to to sort this out

That message would be a feature of the carrier so it might not be possible to avoid the message if you are relying on the carrier to limit the number of calls.

The other option is to use "limit" to keep track of the calls and route accordingly.
