Hello We have fusionPBX Ver 4.5.30 in multi tenant environment hosted on cloud and setup paging for remote phones, using *724 for paging and we are using grand stream phones on site GRP-2613 and GXP1630,
when we page GXP1630 phone stay in talk mode for ever never hang-up the call unless we manually end the call. I doesn't happen every time but when its happen its stay in talk mode for ever, until we go there and end the call, I want to page only one phone right now that's the only phone in page group, unless there is other way to achieve this.e.g Auto Answer etc. I tried Silence terminate action but that didn't help either
2 question I setup *724 (Page function)on grand stream phones GRP2613, as a speed dial button, I tried paging and multicast paging function but that didn't work, setup multi purpose key as a speed dial is right or should be some thing else
