PAYG CALL PLANS and Password for calling out

Hello I am trying to set up something before someone makes a call they need to enter a password and that password/ID should have a set amount of minutes (PAYG) and when they finish those minutes (PAYG) they shouldn’t be able to make calls BUT EACH ID SHOULD HAVE THEIR OWN SET OF MINUTES THAT ONLY THEY CAN USE

Maybe I can connect it to a billing system that customers can add credit to their account that would also be great
