Percentages in Log?

So I might be asking something stupid here but this is honestly a bit of a first. I'm staring at Freeswitch cli, active log and I see %% in front of the severity portion of the log entries. Right now it's bouncing between 95% and 98%. I'm googling what that is because in general it has me a bit nervous. I guess it's CPU usage? What's even more odd to me though is top doesn't show anything like those percentages, and neither does the FusionPBX Dashboard...so what gives? Should I be worried?

Actually, if it's percentage free, that might make the most sense here. I'm reading indications that it's CPU usage, which indicates to me that Freeswitch thinks it's close to max CPU.
