Personalize the voice message to voicemail

Hello everybody
I need your help
I'd like to ustomize my voicemail extension by playing a recorded file
Can you please tell me how ?
in the menu i hve greetings but I'm a little bit lost
this is what I'd like to do :
wjen dialing the voicemail extension's
the fpbx will play the record voice message
and then let the caller to record his message
then the fpbx will attach the recorded file and sent it by email

You can record a custom greating by dialing into the voicemail box, but are you asking how to do that or how to upload a recording instead of dialing in and doing it that way?

if you go to "Voicemail" under the "Apps" menu you should be able to do it from there. Under the Tools Heading you have messages and greetings as options. Click on greetings and in the box that says "select a file". This will give you a window to upload your file. depending if you are logged in as a full admin or a sub-user the option may not be available.
