Hello Everyone,
I am needing help to why i cant register my phones. I have two setups, one behind NAT at home and one setup for production online. The production setup I have gateway reg, however I am unable to reg my Yealink w52p. I am receiving the following error.
I replaced my fusion IP with Public IP.
I have been posting through out the forum with different issues. My home setup I have everything setup just can not receive calls and cannot dial IVR internally or externally. I now am unable to dial ext 2 ext. I copied the same setup but can not even register my phones in my production setup. I am doing my best to learn this as I have 2 customers awaiting service. Can anyone ride with me and help me.

You must define a domain called 'Public IP Here' in your directory and add a user with the id="2002" attribute
and you must configure your device to use the proper domain in it's authentication credentials.
