Pick up call trasfered

Good morning to everybody,
i'm stuck on this trouble, maybe the answer should be simple but i can't get out from this.
For a client, a medium commercial business, i need to configure the seguent feature:
Incoming call, reception answer and check for the caller then transfer to the interessed department, if the department not answer (no one is there) the reception would be able to take back the call and then say "no one actually is on site, please leave a message to me ecc. ecc.".
The transfer is a blind transfer so after that he can see only the red light on the blf blinking on the phone.

How a can do that?

Ok, i believe i've found a feature code that's could resove that, the *8+ extension number, but there is any way to exclude the password code for confirm?

*8+ext is normally "page extension" so you might be thinking of a different dial plan.
**+ext is "intercept-ext" and would take over a call ringing someone else.

But if you actually do want *8+ext without a password prompt, just edit the dial plan to remove the pin code.
