The last line ($y++) misses a semicolon which breaks the web interface in several parts and leads to the following error:
PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '$apps' (T_VARIABLE) in /var/www/fusionpbx/app/yealink/app_config.php on line 1501
After fixing the syntax error, all the database upgrades have to be done (again) because they failed during the inital update.
