Using snom 710 and 720 handsets.
Each handset has one or more buttons configured as a "Line"
For the circumstance where the handset is on a call, and another call is incoming or on hold on the other line.
The user presses the transfer button, and the line button for the incoming call. The two callers (external numbers) are bridged and the handset is disconnected.
I want to prevent this.
Exhaustive searching of the Snom documentation doesnt show any handset setting.
So I am looking for a dialplan config that will prevent transferring and bridging two external numbers.
