Problem with transfer only on IVR

Hi Guys,
I'm testing the system and I'm having a problem where the transfer does not work only when the connection comes from the IVR.
If I set the direct route to the extension, the transfer works, but if the route goes through the IVR, the attendant can not transfer.
Any susgestión?
