provisioning cisco phones

hi all, can someone tell me how can i solve my issue: i have a cloud multitenant fusionpbx, it works very well except the cisco phones (6921, 7940, 7941). these phones can't register, as they try to register on sip@ip instead on sip@domain. does anyone know how to change in cisco files this behaviour? other phones as snom, avaya, grandstream, softphones register correct.

i have this same issue, so many problems i want to remove all my customers asterisk junk and im kinda stuck
