Hi,

I have customers outside of the USA for example UK, Israel, their outbound caller id usualy should look like this 022772777 or for uk 0208 445 4445, for some reason Fusion doesnt accept "zero" as the first number for outbound caller id, so i usually put a "+" before the number. but now since most carriers charge extra fees when CNAM is not done right, i really need to figure this out.

Is there any setting to change to allow zero as first number in outbound caller id?

I suspect that's your carrier more than anything else. I can happily prefix a 0 onto my outbound caller ID and it's retained exactly in the RPID:

Remote-Party-ID: "Chris Example" <sip:01887xxxxxx@hfoster.example>;party=calling;screen=yes;privacy=off

What does your outbound_caller_id_number show in the CDR for a failed call?
