I have a plea to make here regarding assistance with re-billing. I have a provider whos lack of attention had be billed incorrectly since last year. The re-billing is a mammoth task which has me at a back foot since I have no way of showing the difference. I have the original cost rate sheet and all the CDR's for the months that have passed since then. I have tried desperately to load any of the standalone billing engines in order to feed these in and get a new result but I've have failed over the last three months. Time is running out and I may have to close shop from this dilemma. Can anyone assist me in rebilling these cdrs please even as a paid service?
