Recordings Manager - edit recordings

Is there a way of editing a recording using the GUI AND using plain old star keys?

I've tried *732 but cannot find recording IDs in the recording manager.

I could have sworn there was a way to do this in earlier versions of fspbx

It looks like on the GUI in recordings manager one must create a new recording and then delete an old one

Use of star keys for a quick edit is eluding me.

When you create recordings using the *732 code, you will be prompted to provide a recording ID. You can choose any number as the ID; for example, you might choose 500. The system will then create a file named recording500.wav. The next time you want to edit this file using the *732 code, simply provide the same ID (500) to overwrite the existing file.
