SOLVED registering using a hash instead of the number/ extra proxy server

gentlemen,

Can someone assist me with a couple of issues, first my zoiper phone is registering using hash instead of number. attached is the highlight reference in the TO field, So for zoiper is my desk extension and it stopped ringing. and its just my extension. I dont understand what settings in zoiper that would not allow me to receive calls. even if i reg a trunk, my zoiper will not ring.

Second - I am also seeing like if i have 2 proxies servers. please view the second attached highlighted picture. where it states server: PN.

Any help would be appreciated.

It would appear that you are using Zoiper's push servers. Maybe delete and recreate the account on the device and don't change any of the defaults except to enable push.

I have been using Zoiper with push for a couple of years now and have found it very reliable.

Thank You @DigitalDaz I had to Uninstall and reinstall zoiper completely, then it started working. Basically, the classic reboot.
