Hello
I was wondering if there was a way, or something I could create to restrict registrations by the mac address store in the devices table. We always create devices and use auto-provisioning and I want to lock down the server. Don't want to rely solely on user/password.
any advice would be helpful thanks

A mac address is layer 2 and only exists on the LAN, the real mac address that comes in to you will be of the router at the PBX end. Some devices pass a mac address in the user agent but that's only some and IMHO a security flaw that will eventually be fixed. This mac address plays no part in the SIP stack.
